beautiful location happy staff uncomfortable bed poor dinner
the location was indeed beautiful. i also really loved the staff, they were very cute and happy.
the bed was quite uncomfortable. it reminded me of it was collapsing onto itself. also, they couldn't accommodate us for dinner downstairs and did not make much of an effort in this regard!

friendly staff cozy room beautiful area tasty food
the staff were friendly and made check-in easy! the room was quite cozy and i slept well. the building and area were beautiful. there is a nice pub next door. it served tasty food and drinks.
The walls were a little thin. I could hear noises sometimes.

nice getaway experience
fantastic proximity tea selection really good food efficient staff
I found the location offered a fantastic proximity to alton towers. I was impressed! the room included a great little tea selection, a detail i certainly noticed. the in-house thai restaurant provided really good food. the staff were efficient and very friendly. overall, i enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. It was decorated to a high standard.
The room had a slightly weird chemical spray. It seemed like the kind you usually find in an industrial toilet, and it sprayed every half hour, i found this a little grim.

the staff offered excellent customer service and a warm smile. they were always checking up on us, and i found that quite lovely. i rate the service highly.

The hotel is surrounded by great walks. I enjoyed that. the decor has been done to a high standard, so everything looks pretty. it provided a peaceful atmosphere for our stay.

Excellent Stay Near Alton Towers
close proximity smooth check-in lovely breakfast
The hotel is close to Alton Towers. The drive was only five minutes. The staff member named Benny cooked a lovely breakfast. Ollie ensured a smooth check-in. I found a breakfast tray when I left very early.
The hotel did not accommodate us for dinner. We had to get a takeaway instead. I think it's not ideal considering the room cost per night.

The hotel provides convenient parking , which is very useful. It is located next to a nice little river. A pub is next door to the hotel.

The location is ideal, as the hotel is less than 5 minutes drive from Alton Towers. The building and area reminded me of a breath of fresh air. The hotel is in a lovely location.

Alton stay, ABSOLUTELY fantastic!
excellent location friendly staff comfortable bed great thai food
The location is EXCELLENT, a short drive to Alton Towers. I enjoyed the great Thai food available. The staff members were FRIENDLY and helpful all the time. The bed was especially comfortable and I slept GREAT.
The room had a very slight smell of industrial cleaner when i arrived, but it did fade quickly.

The on-site Thai restaurant IS amazing and very popular with guests and locals. You NEED to book in advance as it gets fully booked most nights. The breakfast features many choices.

The hotel sits in a QUITE location next to a river. It is ideal for visiting Alton Towers, only a short drive away. There are several pubs within walking distance of the hotel.

The room INCLUDED quality bedding and comfortable furniture. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well-kept by the housekeeping staff. I had a nice balcony with outside seating.
